What if we were all Invincible and Immortal?

I think Type Omega-minus Civilization is going to do more for us than a Type III or IV Civilization.
Types 1 through 4 on Humanity’s Expansion into the Universe is based on how much Energy we consume to keep our Civilization running. The more energy we need to consume correlates with how big our Civilization gets. At Type 3, the whole Milky Way Galaxy is densely Urban like an Indoor Mall with Apartments. Type 4 is when the Entire Universe is one big Human City.
The problem with that is the length of Time a Universe actually lasts.

A Universe, from Big Bang to Heat Death, lasts 10¹⁰⁰ Years or 1E1000 Years.
If you were Immortal and Invincible, you could have an interesting Life Watching(and helping, hopefully) Human Civilization grow to fill the Universe up. Those are a lot of years, but still a finite number.
Even Invincibility will not save us from The Heath Death of the Universe.
That is why, I think it is more practical to shoot for:
Type Omega-minus is capable of manipulating the basic structure of space and time.[31]
Instead of consuming more and more energy to build bigger and bigger homes for ourselves, we would be focusing on Creating Universes like we create Consumer Goods.
If there is an ideal state of the Universe, like the Goldilocks Zone in which the Earth Orbits the Sun, then we, as a Type Omega-minus Civilization, could set up a Loop where we live through that amount of Time, and then use our Total Control of Space and Time to Reset The Universe to the Beginning of its Ideal Goldilocks State, and then we just keep doing that in a Permenent Cycle.
No Heat Death, and you truly can Live Forever, and not just a Finite Amount of Years.
We could do this while staying on Earth, and Interstellar Expansion would not be necessary.
Controlling Space means that you can do more with the Space you have, so at that level of Technology you may be able to fit a Quadrillion People inside a Single Studio Apartment.
This may be how we end up getting to be Immortal and Invincible in the first place. You could completely reverse the decay of your body at the Quantum Level, let it play out, and reverse it again, all while your Memory and Experience are carried over. You could repeat the same second forever, and forget that you needed technology to do that because you contextually live above that repeating second.
You could consume all the heat from 1000 Galaxies to power one of your Appliances or Devices.
At this stage of development, Man is not subject to the Laws of the Universe.
The Laws of the Universe are subject to Man.
That’s why I think Type Omega Minus is cooler than Type IV.
